DALLAS – (COMMERCIAL THREAD) – Sealy & Company, a fully integrated commercial real estate operating and investment company and recognized leader in the industrial real estate market, announces the acquisition of a 1,276,250 square foot industrial real estate portfolio in Wichita , Kansas. The portfolio, consisting of four fully occupied Class A distribution centers along N. Air Capitol Drive and N. Hayes Drive, was acquired for an undisclosed amount.
After a strong third quarter, Sealy & Company is on track to post a record year in terms of total deal volume and number of deals closed. The addition of the Park City Industrial Center portfolio marks the 4e new market Sealy & Company entered in 2021, carrying the company’s footprint in 19 markets.
The Wichita, Kansas market, known as the Air Capitol of the World, is a global hub of advanced manufacturing, engineering, and research and development, with one of the workforce most skilled and advanced work in the world. Park City’s industrial portfolio is conveniently located off I-135 immediately north of Wichita, Kansas, near the geographic epicenter of the continental United States and adjacent to the new Amazon distribution center. of 1 million square feet. All four buildings were constructed over the past six years, with design features that make them one of the most sought after industrial properties in the Wichita market. Each building is equipped with ESFR fire suppression systems, insulated walls and roofs, 10 ‘dock doors and functional concrete truck lots.
