After developing a passion for farming while spending summers on his grandparents’ farm in Indiana, Knotts devoted 23 years of his career as an executive with John Deere Company. Over the past two years, Knotts has served as an independent strategic advisor to investment groups and dealer organizations seeking franchise expansion opportunities.
Knotts received his undergraduate degree in finance as well as his MBA in Marketing and Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Although he has worked with over 300 John Deere dealers in the Eastern United States and Europe, Knotts chose to work exclusively for Koenig Equipment because of his vision for the future and his focus on his customers. , its employees and its communities.
