BLS Enterprises, a manufacturer and distributor of undercarriage components for crawler construction equipment, has acquired ACE Group, a manufacturer and distributor of wear parts and components for the asphalt industry, including all main plants, pavers, live-bottom and side-discharge trailers, pick-up machines and asphalt transport equipment.
With Ace Group’s offices in Minnesota and Canada, this acquisition places BLS in a strategic position to better serve a base of more than 5,000 valued clients in the United States and around the world.
