The KAD44 combines mechanical compressor, four valves per cylinder, turbo and charge-air cooling with EDC – Electronic Diesel Control. The result is truly unique performance over the entire speed range. The Duoprop transforms the massive torque created by the compressor to unequalled acceleration. At higher speeds the turbo produces high power for excellent top speed and cruising comfort. All this performance is combined with traditional diesel reliability, long service life and overall economy.
